PIA wet-leased this particular A330-300 (and two more - which did not join PIA's fleet) from SriLankan Airlines for a 3-year lease, but things didn't work out the way it was planned, and the aircraft was returned back to SriLankan and this livery was removed off the aircraft returning it back to the SriLankan livery.
